Can I book a cleaning for today? 03
Sometimes, depending on the day's schedule and your borough. Same-day slots appear in the form when we have them. If you need today and nothing is showing, call us, we can see openings live and shuffle things in a way the form can't. More on the same-day cleaning page. A day or two ahead always gives you more arrival windows to choose from.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? 04
No, and most clients aren't. Doorman handoff, lockbox, or a smart-lock code all work fine. Put the access instructions in your booking notes and we'll handle the front desk and building rules. Preparing for your cleaning has the short pre-visit list.

Yes, every visit, so you never have to stock anything. Want green products because of kids or pets? Ask for EPA Safer Choice certified products in your booking notes. If there's a particular product you swear by for a particular surface, leave it out with a note and the team will use it instead.
What if I need to move or cancel the booking? 07
Call or email and we'll move it, no argument. The notice window is written out in our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Recurring clients can skip a single visit without ending the plan.
What happens if I'm not happy with the clean? 08
