This team swooped in and saved the day with their amazing service; they even made it work on short notice for a next day cleaning appointment. I can't recommend them enough, the place was absolutely spotless and we could finally relax and enjoy the visit."

Next Day Cleaning Service New York City Trusts When Tomorrow Can't Wait
Guests just confirmed. The landlord moved the walkthrough up. The week ran away from you again. Lily Maids keeps next-day slots open across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens so tomorrow morning is still on the table. Insured, background-checked cleaners, a flat price you see before you confirm, and online booking that takes about a minute. Tell us when you can let us in and we handle the rest.
A real Lily Maids story
Sarah booked at six. We were mopping by nine the next morning.
Sarah M. lives on the Upper East Side and had just wrapped a small renovation. Drywall dust on the bookshelves, a film of grit on every windowsill, contractor footprints down the hallway. Her in-laws were flying in the next morning. She found us around dinner time and asked the question we hear five or six times a night: is there any chance you can come tomorrow?
There was. A crew already scheduled a few blocks away had an early start with room in front of it. We confirmed the address, the doorman's name, and the service elevator hours, and the team was inside by nine. In her words, they "swooped in and saved the day," and the place was spotless before the airport car pulled up. That is really all a next day cleaning service in New York City is: someone who watches the schedule closely enough to say yes when you need tomorrow instead of next Thursday.
We run deep cleans, apartment cleanings, and move-out cleans on next-day timing whenever the routes allow it. Pick a service, pick your window, get a flat price on the screen before you confirm.

"We were completely overwhelmed trying to coordinate a move out of our loft and the place was a dusty, chaotic mess. The crew was incredibly efficient and professional, and thankfully they offered a last-minute booking for a next day cleaning that fit perfectly into our hectic schedule. We got our full security deposit back thanks to their amazing work."
"With a house full of guests coming for the holidays, I was stressed and running out of time to get everything deep-cleaned. This service came to the rescue and their attention to detail was extraordinary; the fact that I could schedule a next day cleaning with such ease was a lifesaver. Our home was pristine and beautifully prepared for hosting a large family gathering."

The honest version
Next day cleaning service New York City runs on open routes.
Here is how it actually works, with no mystery to it. Every evening our dispatcher looks at the next morning's routes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens and hunts for gaps. A cancelled nine o'clock in Chelsea. A short studio job in Sunnyside that frees a team by noon. A crew already headed to Astoria that can take one more stop before the day ends. When you book a next day cleaning in New York City with Lily Maids, you are booking one of those gaps. Some nights there are eight. Some nights there is one. Its a real schedule with real people in it, not a button that magically summons a van.
That's why the booking form asks what it asks. Bedrooms and bathrooms tell us how many hours to block. Condition tells us whether tomorrow is realistic or whether you actually want a deep cleaning with a longer window. Access details - buzzer code, doorman name, service elevator hours, lockbox, smart lock - are the single biggest reason a next-day job either starts on time or loses forty minutes in a lobby. Fill those in and your odds of getting the early slot go way up.
We're straight with people about limits too. Standard house cleaning is not remediation. Heavy water damage, active mold behind walls, construction debris removal, or a biohazard situation needs a licensed specialist, and we will tell you that instead of taking the booking. If your issue is dust, allergens, and stale air after a closed-up winter, that we can help with, and the EPA's indoor air quality guidance is a good read on why regular cleaning matters more in small apartments than most people think.
Everything below is bookable in New York City, and most of it can run on next-day timing when routes allow. If tonight is already too late, look at same-day cleaning instead.

Most of the city lives in one
Apartment Cleaning, Ready by Tomorrow.
Small apartments are harder to clean well than big houses. Every counter does three jobs, the bathroom has no ventilation to speak of, and there is nowhere for clutter to hide. Our teams clean New York apartments all day long, so they already know the rhythm: kitchen first while surfaces are cold, bathroom next, then bedrooms and living areas, floors last so nothing gets tracked back through.
Next-day apartment cleaning works best when you tell us about the building. Walk-up on the fourth floor is fine, we just plan for it. Service elevator only between 9 and 4 is fine too, we just need to know. Doorman buildings on the Upper West Side and pre-war walk-ups in Ridgewood get the same crew standards and the same checklist, only the logistics change.
See the full scope on our apartment cleaning service page, or check what a standard cleaning includes before you book.
People, not just a service
Maid Service With a Familiar Face.
Maid service is what most people picture when they think of regular help around the house: someone who knows where the extra sponges live, remembers that the guest bath gets used twice a year, and doesn't need a tour every visit. We request the same cleaner or same pair for repeat clients whenever scheduling allows, and after two or three visits the whole thing runs on autopilot.
Every maid service visit follows the same written checklist, so nothing depends on memory. Kitchens scrubbed, bathrooms sanitized, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made, trash out. If you want extras like inside the fridge or interior windows, add them at booking and they get built into the time block instead of squeezed in at the end.
More detail lives on the maid service page, and you can compare frequencies on pricing.

Top to bottom, inside out
Deep Cleaning for the Stuff Nobody Gets To.
A deep clean goes after the layers that a weekly wipe-down never touches. Inside the oven and the fridge. Behind and under furniture where the dust bunnies hold their meetings. Baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, cabinet interiors, tile grout, and the radiator dust that builds up all winter and then bakes when the heat kicks on in October.
This is the service people book most often on next-day timing, usually because something forced the issue: allergy season landed hard, a party got scheduled, or a household just got over the flu. If dust and indoor allergens are the reason you're calling, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America has a clear breakdown of which indoor triggers actually matter, and a real deep clean knocks down most of them.
Deep cleans need more hours than a standard visit, so tomorrow morning is not always possible - but tomorrow afternoon often is. See the full scope in what a deep cleaning includes.
Before the keys change hands
Move in and Move out Cleaning, Timed to Your Keys.
Moving in this city is a scheduling puzzle with too many pieces. Elevator reserved for a three-hour block. Movers running late. Walkthrough at ten the next morning. That is exactly the situation next-day cleaning was built for, and it is why move-out cleaning is one of our most requested short-notice jobs.
Move-out work happens best in an empty or nearly empty home so we can reach inside cabinets, behind the fridge, inside the oven, and along every baseboard a landlord runs a finger down. Our crews follow the same move-out checklist that most NYC final walkthroughs are based on. We can't promise what a landlord decides, but we can promise the apartment gets cleaned to the standard those inspections look for. If you want to know what's actually required of a rental unit, the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development is the official source rather than a rumor from your neighbor.
Moving in instead? Book move-in cleaning for the day before the boxes land so your first night is in a genuinely clean place, not someone else's dust. Code MOVE30 takes $30 off either direction. Landlords and hosts should recieve the same treatment on turnover cleaning.
After the rush is over
Recurring Cleaning So You Stop Needing Tomorrow.
Here's something we notice alot: people who book us for an emergency next-day clean often come back and set up a schedule, because they realize the panic was avoidable. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans put home care on the calendar before the to-do list buries it, and recurring clients get a lower rate per visit.
Most schedules start with one deeper first visit to reset the baseline, then settle into standard maintenance after that. You can pause, skip, or reschedule as life moves - see the rescheduling policy for the notice window. Recurring clients also tend to get first pick of the good morning slots, which is a quiet perk nobody advertises.
Compare frequency discounts on pricing or read the full recurring cleaning page.
Everything else we do
More ways to get tomorrow covered.
Same crews, same checklist, different starting points. Every one of these can be requested for next-day service and confirmed based on the routes we have open.
Standard Basic Cleaning, Every Single Time
This is the visit most people book. Kitchen counters, backsplash, stovetop, sink, and appliance exteriors. Bathroom tub, shower, tile, toilet, vanity, and mirror. Dusting across all reachable surfaces, beds made, trash out, floors vacuumed and mopped end to end.
The list does not shrink because we're busy, and it does not change because a different cleaner showed up. Standard basic cleaning is a written scope, which is the only way a next-day booking can be trustworthy - you already know what you're getting before anyone rings the buzzer.
Want the room-by-room version? It's all laid out in our cleaning checklist.
Residential Cleaning Across Three Boroughs
We only do homes. Apartments, condos, co-ops, brownstone floor-throughs, converted lofts, and the occasional actual house in Marine Park or Forest Hills Gardens. That focus is why our residential cleaning crews move fast in a small footprint instead of treating a one-bedroom like a scaled-down office suite.
It also means our teams know the building types. Pre-war radiators and plaster dust in Harlem. New-construction glass and grout in Long Island City. Third-floor walk-ups in Ditmars where the vacuum has to come up on someone's shoulder.
Find your area on the service areas page or start from your borough hub below.
One Time Cleaning With No Strings
Sometimes you don't want a plan, you want one good clean and your Saturday back. One time cleaning is exactly that: a single booking, a flat price, no subscription and no phone call trying to talk you into a schedule afterward.
People book it before guests arrive, after a rough month, when the in-laws announce a visit with twelve hours notice, or just because the bathroom finally won. It pairs well with next-day timing because there's no onboarding to do - book it tonight, we come tomorrow.
Details on the one-time cleaning page.
Housekeeping Service for Homes That Never Slow Down
Housekeeping service is the steadier cousin of a one-off clean. Kitchens and bathrooms handled, laundry room tidied, linens changed, and the small resets that keep a home from sliding backward between visits.
It's the right fit for households with kids, pets, roommates, or someone working from the dining table five days a week. It's also what families book for elderly parents who want to stay independent but can't manage a full clean anymore - one of the more common calls we get in Forest Hills and Bay Ridge.
Set it up under recurring plans or ask us at (646) 825-3550.
Same Day Cleaning Service When Tomorrow Is Too Late
If the guests land tonight, next-day doesn't help you. Same day cleaning service depends entirely on what's still open on the board that morning, and honestly some days the answer is no. But often enough it's yes, especially for smaller apartments and for the boroughs where we have crews already running.
Call rather than book online if your window is today - a person can see the live schedule faster than a form can. If your looking at tomorrow instead, the online booking flow is the quicker path.
More on the same-day cleaning page, or call (646) 825-3550 now.
AirBnB Cleaning Service and Guest Turnovers
Short-term rentals live and die on the the turnover window. Checkout at 11, check-in at 3, and a cleaning crew that either shows up in that gap or costs you a bad review. We run AirBnB cleaning service turnovers with a fixed scope: full bathroom and kitchen reset, linens stripped and remade, restock of whatever supplies you leave for us, and a photo confirmation when we lock up.
Back-to-back bookings are exactly the case where next-day scheduling matters, so hosts usually set a standing slot and add extra dates as reservations come in.

Allergies, surgeries, birthday parties, pantry moths, three-week work trips - here is what New Yorkers say after we leave. Read all reviews >
"Our apartment hadn't had a proper scrub down in months because we were both swamped with work, and the dust was starting to bother our allergies. The team was so thorough and used all the right products, and they were flexible enough to provide a next day cleaning when I realized I just couldn't manage it myself. The air in our apartment has never felt cleaner and fresher."
"We were hosting a big birthday party at home but I was so exhausted from the prep that I couldn't face cleaning up the guest bathroom and kitchen. They provided exceptional service and were super accommodating, even setting up a next day cleaning appointment right before our big event. The house looked like a showroom and the party went off without a hitch."
"I had a mold issue in my bathroom and a lingering musty smell, so I needed a specialized deep clean. The service was amazing, using all the right sanitizing techniques for an almost immediate turnaround, and I was able to get a next day cleaning session arranged without any hassle. The entire bathroom feels so much safer and healthier now."
"We were returning from a three-week trip and the apartment felt so stale and dusty, it was impossible to relax. I booked this company and they were fantastic, using high-quality products to freshen the place up completely, and they made a next day cleaning option available which was perfect for our jet-lagged schedule. It was a true pleasure walking into a spotless home after a long journey."
"My mother just returned from the hospital and was recovering from surgery, and the first thing I wanted was for her to come home to a safe, sanitized environment. This team was so compassionate, professional, and efficient, and they had no problem arranging a next day cleaning for her apartment. The home felt incredibly pure and comfortable, which was exactly what she needed to heal."
"My wife is just weeks away from her due date and we needed a deep 'nesting' clean before the baby comes, but we were both exhausted and stressed. The team did a phenomenal job and took great care in using non-toxic products, plus they were able to schedule a next day cleaning on short notice to fit our timeline. We are so thankful, the apartment is now a perfect, clean sanctuary for our new arrival."
"My elderly parents are having mobility issues and their place had become too cluttered and dusty for them to manage. The crew was so gentle and respectful with their belongings, and they delivered a thorough clean; the convenience of booking a next day cleaning was also a lifesaver for us. They gave my parents back their dignity and a beautiful, clean home they are proud of."
"My kitchen had a bad pantry moth problem that required a deep, intense clean alongside the pest control treatment, which we were dreading. The team handled it all and even organized a next day cleaning to get rid of all the residue for us. Our cabinets look brand new and we are so grateful to have our kitchen back."
"I had just moved into a new apartment with my partner and the previous tenant left it incredibly grimy and dusty. The cleaning was brilliant; they transformed the entire space so quickly, and I was thrilled they were able to squeeze in a next day cleaning for us after our stressful move. The place feels absolutely fresh and ready for us to start our new life together."

Questions and answers
The details before you book.
These are the questions people ask when they need a cleaner fast. Every answer is open by default, so nothing is hidden behind a click. Still curious? Our full FAQ page goes deeper.
Can you really clean my apartment tomorrow? 01
Usually yes, and sometimes no - it depends on what's open on tomorrow's routes in your borough. Smaller apartments and flexible arrival windows have the best odds. Book online at book now and we confirm by text the same evening, or call (646) 825-3550 and we'll check the live board with you.
Is next-day cleaning more expensive? 02
No. There's no rush fee. A next-day booking costs the same as one scheduled three weeks out - the price is driven by home size, service type, and add-ons only. Coupon codes still apply too, including NEW10 for first-time clients. Full detail on pricing.
Do you bring cleaning supplies? 03
Yes. Our teams arrive with professional supplies and equipment, so there's nothing for you to stock at the last minute. If you want greener products because of kids, pets, or asthma, add a note when you book and we'll bring them. Have a favorite product for a specific surface? Leave it out with a note and the crew will use it.
Do I need to be home? 04
No, and most next-day clients aren't. Doorman handoff, lockbox, or a smart-lock code all work fine - just put the access instructions in your booking notes. Missing access details is the number one reason a short-notice job gets delayed, so that field matters more than people expect. See preparing for your cleaning for a quick rundown.
How long will the cleaning take? 05
A standard clean in a one-bedroom usually runs two to three hours. Larger homes, deep cleans, and move-out jobs take longer because the scope is bigger - inside the oven, inside the fridge, cabinet interiors, and baseboards all add time. Your booking confirmation shows the estimated window so you can plan the day around it.
What if I need to cancel a next-day booking? 06
Let us know as early as you can and we'll move it. Because next-day slots come out of a tight schedule, late cancellations are harder to refill than normal ones. The notice window and any applicable fee are spelled out in our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? 07
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas in question at no charge. That applies to short-notice jobs exactly the same as scheduled ones - speed is never an excuse for a rushed result. Read the full satisfaction guarantee.

"My elderly father is downsizing and moving into an assisted living facility, and we needed his old, dusty house thoroughly cleaned before the family came to help him pack. This team did a top-notch job and were so respectful of a difficult transition, managing to schedule a next day cleaning that fit our busy schedule perfectly. It made a tough process so much easier and less stressful for everyone."
Deep Cleaning · Greenpoint, Brooklyn"We were prepping for a real estate open house but the apartment was a mess from post-renovation dust and debris. The crew was incredibly hardworking, using all the right tools to remove every speck of dust, and they even offered a next day cleaning option that was so convenient. The apartment sold for over asking, and I am certain the first impression was perfect because of them."
Post-Renovation Cleaning · Murray Hill, Manhattan"Our guest room and nursery were packed with boxes and hadn't been touched in months, and we needed it cleared and cleaned before our new roommate arrived. The service was an absolute lifesaver, and the amazing result made the space feel so welcoming and habitable; I was especially impressed they could handle a next day cleaning given the state of the clutter. Now the room looks wonderful and is ready for its new occupant."
