Do I need to be home when you clean? 04
No. Most clients are at work. Doorman handoff, lockbox, or a smart-lock code all work fine, just put the access instructions in your booking notes. We deal with front desks and building rules so you don't have to. Preparing for your cleaning covers the short pre-visit list.
Can you come today? 05
Sometimes, depending on the day's schedule and your borough. Call rather than email for this, we can see the openings live and confirm the earliest team. Details are on the same-day cleaning page. A day or two of notice always gives you more choice of arrival windows.
Do you bring your own supplies? 06
We do, every visit, so you never have to stock anything. Want green products because of kids or pets? Ask in your booking notes and we'll bring EPA Safer Choice certified products instead. If there's a specific product you swear by for a specific surface, leave it out with a note and the team will use it.
