$25 for you · $25 for them
Refer a Friend and Save on House Cleaning in New York City
You already have a referral code sitting in your account profile. Send it to someone whose apartment is quietly wearing them down, they use it as a coupon code at checkout, and you both get $25 off. No forms, no tracking links, no limit on how many people you send. Just the code you already have and a friend who needs a Saturday back.
A real Lily Maids story
Carlos told his co-worker before he told us.
Carlos G. in Forest Hills had let things slide. Demanding schedule, long commute, and an apartment that had gotten genuinely chaotic around the edges. He booked a cleaning mostly out of frustration. The team sorted the clutter and sanitized the kitchen and bathrooms, and he wrote afterward that he'd already recommended us to a co-worker.
That happened before we ever mentioned a referral program to him. Which is sort of the point. Nobody in this city recommends a cleaning service to be nice, they do it because a friend is visibly drowning and they know something that helps. This page just makes sure you get paid for the thing you were going to do anyway. You get $25 off, your friend gets $25 off thier first clean, and we get a client who arrived already trusting us.
Your code is in your account profile. Log in, copy it, text it to whoever came to mind while you were reading this. If you're not a client yet, the first booking is where it starts, and pricing shows what a visit runs.
The deal
Twenty-five each. Both ways.
Not a tiered scheme, not points, not a percentage that shrinks on a small booking. A flat $25 off for you and a flat $25 off for the person you send.
How it works
Three steps, one code.
Your referral code is personal to you and doubles as a coupon code, so there's nothing else to set up.
Find your code
Log in at your account and open your profile. Your referral code is there, unique to you, and it doesn't change or expire.
Send it to a friend
Text it, email it, drop it in the group chat. Anyone new to Lily Maids can use it. There's no cap, so the same code works for one friend or fifteen.
They book, you both save
They enter your code as the coupon code when they book online. Their $25 comes off immediately, and yours lands after their cleaning is completed.

"I was completely overwhelmed moving into my new loft and didn't know where to start. The team came in and handled the post-construction dust and debris, leaving the place spotless. I will definitely be buying a gift card for my sister who is moving next month."
"I have a college student son who is a bit messy, and I wanted to surprise him with a clean space before my visit. The team worked wonders on his bathroom and kitchen, eliminating all the clutter. It was so good that I'm buying a gift card for a friend who just had a baby."

Who to send it to
You already know who.
Referrals almost always trace back to the same handful of situations. If one of these is happening to someone you know right now, that's your person.
The mover
Anyone with a lease ending.
Moving in this city means scrubbing an empty apartment at midnight after a full day of carrying boxes. A friend who is packing right now will genuinely thank you for the code. Send it before they book the truck, not after. Our move-out cleaning follows the checklists landlords actually use, and move-in cleaning happens before the boxes land.
The overwhelmed one
New babies and hard months.
David K. in Park Slope needed a nesting clean before a due date. Brian A. on the Upper West Side was caring for his wife after surgery. Neither of them was going to ask anyone for help, which is exactly why a friend forwarding a code works better than a friend offering to come over and vacuum.
A deep cleaning is usually the right call in these situations, or a recurring plan if the hard stretch is going to last a while. If you'd rather cover the whole visit instead of $25 of it, gift cards start at $100.

The neighbor or host
People in your building.
This one is quietly the most useful. If we're already cleaning your apartment, we're already in your building, which makes scheduling easier for everyone and means your neighbor gets a team that knows the doorman and the service elevator rules. Hosts and landlords in the same building are worth a mention too, since turnover cleaning and short-term rental cleaning tend to be repeat work.
Word of mouth between neighbors is how most of our routes in Astoria and Park Slope got built in the first place. The FTC's endorsement guidance is worth a skim if you're recommending us publicly rather than privately, since disclosing that you get a credit is the honest move.

Questions and answers
Before you send the code.
The questions we get asked most about referrals, answered in full and open by default. Nothing hidden behind a click. More on the FAQ page.
Where do I find my referral code? 01
Log in to your account at the client login and open your profile. Your referral code is listed there. It's unique to you, it doesn't expire, and it stays the same, so you can save it in your phone and reuse it forever. If you can't find it, call us at (646) 825-3550 and we'll read it to you.
How does my friend use it? 02
They enter it as the coupon code when they book online. It works exactly like any other promo code, so there's no separate referral field to hunt for. Their $25 comes off the total before they confirm, which means they see the discount rather than having to trust it'll show up later.
When do I get my $25? 03
After your friend's first cleaning is completed, not at the moment they book. That timing protects everyone from cancellations and reschedules. Once the visit is done, your $25 is applied to your account and comes off your next booking automatically.
How many people can I refer? 04
As many as you want. There's no cap and no expiry on the code. If four neighbors book in the same month, that's $100 off your cleanings. We've had clients essentially cover a deep clean this way, which is a fine outcome as far as we're concerned.
Can my friend combine it with NEW10 or another offer? 05
No, one code per booking. They'll want to compare: NEW10 takes 10% off, so on a cleaning over $250 that's worth more than the flat $25, and on anything under that the referral code wins. Either way you still get your $25 as long as they used your code. Check pricing to work out which is better for their home size.
Does the person I refer have to be new? 06
Yes. The referral code applies to first-time Lily Maids clients only. If someone has booked with us before, the code won't discount their visit and no credit is generated. Existing clients aren't left out though, they have thier own referral code to send onward.
What if my friend isn't happy with the cleaning? 07
Same promise as every visit. If something isn't right, they tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas in question at no charge. Read the full satisfaction guarantee. We'd rather fix a visit than have you regret recommending us to someone you know.

"My wife is recovering from surgery, and I knew I couldn't keep up with the cleaning and care. The team was a godsend, focusing on sanitizing the high-touch areas and thoroughly vacuuming. I'm going to stock up on gift cards for them as a way to say thank you."
Sanitizing Cleaning · Upper West Side, Manhattan"Getting the house ready for my parents to move in was a stressful endeavor. The cleaners handled the deep clean of the refrigerator and all the cabinets, making the space feel safe and sterile. They gave me a gift card to use for their next visit, which is already planned."
Move-In Cleaning · Greenpoint, Brooklyn"My apartment hadn't had a deep clean in months, and I was embarrassed to have anyone over. The service was incredible, tackling the mold in the shower and scrubbing the floors until they shined. I'll be sending a gift card to my daughter, who just set up her new home office."
