Brooklyn is where the square footage opens up and so does the work. A garden-floor brownstone in Park Slope with original wood floors gets treated differently than a new-build studio in Downtown Brooklyn. Three floors of stairs is normal here and we don't charge extra for it.

Which NYC neighborhoods do you actually serve? 01
More than 45 neighborhoods across three boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The full list is right above this section. If your block isn't on it, call (646) 825-3550 anyway. We sometimes cover nearby areas depending on the day's routing, and we'd rather tell you honestly than have you guess.
Do you charge more for certain neighborhoods? 02
No. Price is based on your home size, the cleaning type, and any add-ons. Not your zip code and not your floor number. A fourth-floor walk-up in Bushwick costs the same as a doorman building in Midtown East for the same size home. See full pricing.
Do you serve the Bronx or Staten Island? 03
Not right now. We stay in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens so our crews arrive on time instead of stuck on a bridge. We'd rather cover three boroughs well than five badly. When that changes, this page changes with it.
Do I need to be home when the team arrives? 04
Nope, most of our clients are at work. Doorman handoff, lockbox, or a smart-lock code all work fine. Add your access instructions in the booking notes and we'll coordinate with the front desk directly. See preparing for your cleaning.
How do you handle building rules and service elevators? 05
Our teams do this daily. Many NYC buildings require sign-in, a certificate of insurance on file, or a reserved freight elevator during set hours. Tell us your building's rules when you book and we'll work inside them. For move cleans, reserve the elevator early — a lot of buildings only allow moves on weekdays.
Do your teams travel by subway or car? 06
Both, depending on the route. In dense Manhattan and Brooklyn we often move by MTA subway because it's genuinely faster than parking. In outer Queens we drive. Either way you get a text before we arrive so you're never guessing.
Can I book same-day cleaning in my area? 07
Sometimes, and it really does depend on that day's schedule and where you are. Call (646) 825-3550 and we'll tell you the earliest team we can send. More on same-day cleaning. Booking a day or two out always gives you more time slots.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning? 08
