Should the unit be empty? 02
For a move-out or lease-transition turnover, yes, or as close to empty as you can get it. With furniture and boxes gone we can reach inside cabinets, under sinks, behind appliances, and along every baseboard in a single pass. For a short-term rental turnover the unit obviously stays furnished, and we work around it. Either way, let us know which situation it is when you book so the crew arrives scoped correctly.
Do you bring cleaning supplies? 03
Yes. Our teams arrive with professional supplies and equipment, which matters a lot on turnovers because empty units usually have nothing left in them. Prefer green products? Ask for EPA Safer Choice certified products in your booking notes and we will use them. If you keep a specific product for a specific surface, leave it out with a note.
How do you get into the unit if I am not there? 04
Most turnovers happen without the client present, which is normal for us. Doorman or concierge handoff, a lockbox, a smart-lock code, or a super who lets the team in all work fine.
