Our same day cleaning service covers the full standard visit: kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance fronts, bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized, all surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made, trash out.

Small spaces are harder to clean well, not easier. Every surface works double duty and there's nowhere for clutter to hide. Our apartment cleaning teams work in tight galley kitchens, three-foot bathrooms, and buildings with strict rules about which elevator you're allowed to use - from pre-war lines on the Upper East Side to walk-ups in Bushwick.
For same-day requests this matters a lot. A studio in Murray Hill and a four-bedroom in Forest Hills are completely different scheduling problems. Smaller apartments are much easier for us to fit into a day thats already partly booked, which is why studios and one-bedrooms get a yes more often than large homes do.

Standard basic cleaning is our baseline visit, and it's what most same-day bookings turn out to be. It handles the things that make a home feel unkempt: sticky counters, a grimy stovetop, bathroom soap scum, dust on every flat surface, and floors that need vacuuming and a real mop.
What it does not include is the deep work - inside the oven, inside the fridge, behind furniture, baseboards and door frames, cabinet interiors. Those live in a deep clean. We say this up front because the worst outcome for everyone is a team arriving with two hours booked for a job that honestly needs five. If your place hasn't had attention in six months, tell us on the phone and we'll quote the right thing.

Yes, always. Teams arrive with professional supplies and equipment, so you don't need to run to the store before we get there - which matters when the whole point is that you're short on time. Prefer green products because of kids or pets? Put it in your booking notes. If you have a specific product you like for a particular surface, leave it out with a note and the team will use that instead.
Do I need to be home? 05
No, and most same-day clients aren't - they're at work while we clean, which is usually the whole reason they called. Doorman handoff, a lockbox, or a smart-lock code all work fine.
